I was thrilled with the hotel's charming character and the good views from my room balcony-perfect for sipping wine! The centrally located space allowed me to explore local attractions and vineyards with ease. Plus, the complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities were a good touch!

The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the famous champagne houses and central attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious selection typical of French cuisine, and the room was comfortable, especially the bed.

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was satisfactory. The room was new-fashioned and beautifully designed with a minibar, a Queen bed and champagne, just what was needed. An electric kettle and refrigerators were very handy. All the staff was pleasant, solved my issues. The service was great with parking close to the hotel.

The location was spot on, just a short walk to Avenue de Champagne and local eateries. The rooms were comfy, and the staff were great, offering great advice on local attractions. Plus, there's a chill lounge area to unwind after a day of exploring.

One downside was the steep breakfast fee. It didn't feel worth it for what was offered.

It's worth noting that the WiFi is only available in communal areas, and the breakfast could use some improvement as it felt underwhelming compared to local standards. The mix of charming environment and minor inconveniences results in a balanced experience.

The location was fantastic, great to easily explore the area, and our superior room had a balcony with an amazing view. The staff was accommodating.

My kids wished there were more activities available for families.

Cozy stay with great location

The bed was surprisingly comfy and allowed for restful nights, despite the rooms being a bit smaller than expected. A minor downside was the weak WiFi signal in the room, but overall I found it easy to relax in the quiet setting.

I really enjoyed my stay with the comfy beds and the lovely lounge area perfect for winding down after a day out. Plus, there's a sauna and cozy TV room that are great. Just a heads up, the rooms can be a bit tight for two people with larger luggage, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊

The staff were helpful, especially when we needed extra towels despite the cleaning mix-up. Try to get a room at the back for less street noise.

The location was marvellous, perfectly close to the city centre. the rooms were nicely refurbished and stylish with a Queen bed. - the minibar was convenient for chilling our daily bottles of champagne; that's all we needed.

The place is clean and pleasant, the staff members are super friendly and accommodating.
